Directions on how to reach us

From the A83 (coming from Nantes or channel ports). Leave the A83 at exit 11 (signposted ‘Niort est’). Take the N11 towards Limoges and Saintes. When you reach the start of the built-up area watch out as the N11 turns off. Take the last exit at the roundabout at the bottom of the slip-road to stay on the N11. Continue for about 2 miles, past the shopping centre 'Espace Mendes', then turn off at the exit to Aiffres. At the roundabout take the D740 through Aiffres, then continue through Prahecq and Perigné. About 3 miles after Perigné, you reach a stop sign at a major intersection: turn right, immediately entering Brioux-sur Boutonne. Continue through the town centre past the church, then take the next left turn (signposted 'Paizay-le-Chapt'), directly opposite the Intermarche supermarket. After passing the exit sign for Brioux-sur-Boutonne, take the first left (signposted 'Chérigné) and follow this road for about 2.5 miles. Continue through the village until you pass a small chapel on your right. Take the next turning to the left, and at the end of this road (about 200m) turn left. Ours is the white house directly facing you.

From the A10 (coming from Paris/Poitiers). Leave the A10 at exit 32, signposted Limoges/Angouleme, taking the last exit at the 2 roundabouts after the péage to join the D948. Continue along this road for approximately 15 miles, through Mougon and over two roundabouts (at Celles-sur-Belle and Melle), always following signs to Limoges/Angouleme. About half a mile after the second roundabout (after a long left-hand bend) take the exit signposted to Saintes and join the D950. Continue down this road for approximately 6 miles and go through Brioux-sur-Boutonne. Continue through the town centre past the church, then take the next left turn (signposted ‘Paizay-le-Chapt’), directly opposite the Intermarche supermarket. After passing the exit sign for Brioux-sur-Boutonne, take the first left (signposted ‘Chérigné’) and follow this road for about 2.5 miles. Continue though the village until you pass a small chapel on your right. Take the next turning to the left, and at the end of this road (about 200m) turn left. Via the A10 coming from Bordeaux. Take the A10 in the Paris direction until junction 34 (signposted Surgères, Aulnay and St Jean d’Angely). Leave the A10 at this junction. After the tollbooth, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto the D939 (direction Cognac). Go straight over the next 2 roundabouts: at the second you will start following directions to Poitiers/Aulnay. At the third roundabout, take the last exit, signposted Poitiers/Aulnay. You are now on the D950. Continue on this road for 32 km until you enter Brioux-sur-Boutonne. Shortly after entering the town, take the first turning right, signposted Paizay-le-Chapt (opposite the Intermarche supermarket). After passing the exit sign for Brioux-sur-Boutonne, take the first left (signposted ‘Chérigné’) and follow this road for about 2.5 miles. Continue though the village until you pass a small chapel on your right. Take the next turning to the left, and at the end of this road (about 200m) turn left.
